Ground Zero engineers have redesigned the spider, achieving a more linear movement of the cone, and have modified the speaker surround material, using Santoprene TPV rubber, which provides greater elasticity and quick recovery, in addition to maintaining its physical properties despite the fatigue and under a wide temperature range. Both modifications allow lower mechanical resistance during cone excursion, achieving greater linearity. As a result, the new Ground Zero is powerful, fast and very accurate subwoofer.
