Maserati’s new Grecale is one of the finest and most stylish SUVs on the market, and in a car where perfection is standard, the sound reproduction has to match – something made possible by cooperation with the Italian high-end speaker brand Sonus faber. The Grecale’s High Premium Audio System comprises 21 speakers, including silk dome tweeters, driven from a 1285W, Class D, dual-DSP amplifier. Two different tuning presets, Reference and Extrema, plus 3D surround sound capability, let the owner set the performance to their tastes, while Sonus faber’s app is embedded in the car’s infotainment system for intuitive control. The result is on-the-road music at the high-end level.
